Here is a picture of an Austin snow man.
Last Friday it was colder in Austin, than in ALASKA. I believe it was in the 20's in Austin & 30's in Anchorage. Crazy - I know! On Friday, I learned the importance of gloves. The only thing that I couldn't take was my freeeeeezing fingers. (You guys already bought me great gloves for Christmas, I just didn't have them with me at this moment... So thank you again & in Alaska I will be more prepared!)
I remember the same feeling when I went skiing in high school a few times. I enjoyed aspects of skiing, but my freeezing fingers were definitely a downer.
What was your favorite thing about Friday? Tell me 3 things you did.

P.S.- This is Sloan a first grader at EE. This snowman was very fragile. We couldn't even put toppings or accessories on this little guy.
P.P.S.- My absolute favorites was pitching snowballs at this limestone mailbox with R.D...
I wonder what my favorite memory from Anchorage will be.... I bet I will have a good snowman picture from there. Feel free to email me your favorite snowman pictures & I will add them to this site. (disclaimer: It does not have to be from this last "tx. snow day." It can be from a trip or a previous encounter with snow.)
