Dallas Seavey is the Iditarod 2014 winner! He arrived in Nome on March 11 at 4:04 a.m. and was surprised by the celebration. He thought Aliy Zirkle was ahead of him when in reality she was 2 minutes behind him. Due to the conditions on the trail, he broke John Baker's record set in 2011. He finished in 8 days, 14 hours and 9 minutes. This is his second Iditarod championship. Way to go Dallas! Dallas won $50,000 and a new truck. Below are a few pictures and videos of the champion. Check out this video of Dallas talking about winning on the Iditarod site. http://iditarod.com/race/?vid=61237 Do you think he can win again next year?
